Terms & memberships
Effective October 11, 2026
These pages explain ColorMallow’s features and optional memberships. For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to use the app.
Free coloring
Eight starter pictures are included free. They work offline, and a subscription is not required to color them. New anonymous accounts receive three introductory Magic Pages.
Optional monthly memberships
Starter, Plus, and Max unlock the picture library and provide 15, 30, or 60 Magic Pages per purchase or renewal. Each successful new generated picture uses one Magic Page. Unused credits do not expire. Credits are associated with the app’s anonymous identity; this version does not provide a named user account or general cross-device artwork synchronization.
The app displays localized pricing before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; Apple charges renewal according to its subscription terms. Manage or cancel through your App Store account settings. The store confirms the timing and charges for plan changes.
Restore purchases is available in unlocked Grown-ups. Deleting data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles requests to refund App Store purchases.
Generated pictures
Magic generation requires an internet connection and available credits. Generating a picture may take time. Failed jobs enter the app’s credit-refund process. Safety checks may reject descriptions or images. Generated content can vary, and a requested scene is not guaranteed to appear exactly as described.
Grown-ups should avoid entering personal information or requesting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Use generated pages for your own coloring activities and respect other people’s rights.
Local artwork and parent controls
Artwork is stored on-device and saved automatically. The app does not include cross-device colored-artwork backup, printing, or export. Uninstalling can remove local pictures. Keep the parent PIN private and supervise children’s use of online features and purchases.
Privacy, deletion, and help
Read the privacy policy for information about service providers and data handling. Delete my app data is available in Grown-ups; it requires internet and any generation to finish. For questions or problems, visit support.
For support or privacy requests, email cyrjake@gmail.com. Please contact us as a parent or guardian; do not send a child’s personal information.
