How do I start coloring?

Open Explore and choose a free starter picture. Tap to fill a region or select the brush. Use the palette, eraser, brush size, undo, and redo controls. Coloring autosaves locally; reopen your work from My pictures.

Does ColorMallow work offline?

The eight bundled starter pictures work offline from first launch. Downloaded Magic pictures can also be colored offline. Generating new pictures, purchases, restoring purchases, and deleting cloud data require an internet connection.

How do Magic Pages work?

Make one lets you choose a subject, setting, and activity. A successful generated picture uses one Magic Page. New anonymous accounts receive three introductory credits. A grown-up can enter a custom description from the protected parent area. If generation fails, the app returns the credit through its refund process; reconnect and allow the balance to refresh.

My picture is taking a while or will not open.

Keep an internet connection while the page generates and downloads. Wait for the status to complete, then open the picture again. Do not repeatedly request new pictures while a job is running. If the problem continues, contact support with the visible error message and approximate time it occurred.

How do I unlock grown-up settings?

Open Grown-ups. On first setup, use the hold gesture and written arithmetic challenge, then choose and confirm a six-digit parent PIN. If supported and enrolled on your device, you can use device authentication. The parent area locks when the app moves to the background. The gate is a parental interaction control; it does not verify anyone’s age.

What if I forget my parent PIN?

Use device authentication if you enabled it. If that is unavailable, contact support before reinstalling: uninstalling may remove locally saved artwork, and ColorMallow does not provide cross-device artwork backup.

How do memberships, renewals, and unused pages work?

Starter, Plus, and Max provide 15, 30, or 60 Magic Pages per monthly purchase or renewal and unlock the picture library. Unused credits do not expire. The store displays your local price and confirms the timing of upgrades or downgrades. Memberships renew automatically until canceled through App Store subscription settings.

How do I restore a purchase?

Unlock Grown-ups and choose Restore purchases, using the Apple Account that made the original purchase. An internet connection is required. Contact support if access still does not appear; do not send your Apple Account password.

How do I cancel or request a purchase refund?

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your Apple Account name, then Subscriptions to manage ColorMallow. Deleting app data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles App Store purchase refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my app data?

Unlock Grown-ups and choose Delete my app data. Connect to the internet and wait for any active picture generation to finish. The app deletes local artwork, generated cloud pages, its generation records, and the anonymous Firebase account. Purchase records may remain with Apple or RevenueCat for billing and fraud prevention. Cancel your subscription separately through Apple.

Are my pictures backed up or shareable?

Colored artwork and strokes stay on the device. This version does not include cross-device artwork backup, printing, export, or a public gallery. Uninstalling can remove locally saved pictures.
